The Birth of the Idea

In the course of our work, we frequently deal with real estate brokers and owners who complain about the off-market business. After all, you may not or do not want to offer the property publicly, and after a short time you have contacted all potential buyers from your phone book. If there was no match there, the property is often no longer sold at all. Investors on the other side tell us that they are flooded with dozens of unsuitable properties every week. So how could a solution eliminate the problems of both groups?

The Solution!

When confronted with such a problem (connecting seekers and providers), the most obvious solution is an online platform. But of course, the idea is only half the battle. Months went into developing the platform. Above all, the programming of our own AI matching code, which also recognizes highly complex differentiated search profiles of the very large companies and reads them out within seconds, presented our IT specialists with challenges.

Search Profiles

Entering the search profiles also proved to be a colossal task. Did you know that on average each purchase profile contains about 150 individual technical search profiles? The sum results from the interplay of various factors such as: location, asset types, condition, property type, yield, etc. A small group of employees did nothing else all day but enter the profiles manually.

The Result

Today, after almost two years, we can proudly say that we probably have the largest and most differentiated investor database in Germany. If you upload a property with us as a broker or owner, we will probably present you not just one, but several potential buyers. That is the magic of a well-thought-out online platform that connects seekers and providers.
