In addition to the classic factors such as location, price, area and yield, we also take into account very specific parameters such as usage rights, development potential, heritage protection, asset classes, risk classes, lease terms and dozens of other criteria.

Our data is no older than twelve months. If an investor's purchase profile changes, they will inevitably be offered an unsuitable property at some point.

However, since we are in close contact with virtually all investors in our system, they simply reach out to us and send us their updated purchase profile.

This way we always have an up-to-date database ready for you.

From the outside, of course, no one can see your data. If at all, your information is only available to verified customers. When a seller creates a property, they only see the names of companies that would potentially be interested in their property.

Only after the property offers have been sent and you express interest does the seller receive your contact details. In return, you receive the full exposé.

If you decide to no longer offer the property, you can deactivate it and place a new property in the corresponding slot.

With every shoutout (the weekly email with all relevant properties to our investors) you will very likely receive feedback from the investors. You can adjust the offer or wait for the right buyer. This is the perfect tool for brokers to justify changes in pricing strategy to the owner.
